Step into Angkor Thom, the 12th-century walled capital of the Khmer Empire. Enter through the imposing South Gate, lined with stone giants depicting the mythical “Churning of the Ocean of Milk.”
Continue to the breathtaking Bayon Temple, famed for its 54 towers adorned with over 200 smiling faces of Avalokiteshvara.
Visit the Phimeanakas, the Royal Enclosure, the Terrace of the Elephants, and the Terrace of the Leper King, each carrying centuries of royal history.
Walk through the atmospheric Ta Prohm, where massive tree roots weave through ancient stone corridors. Untouched and mystical, it’s one of the most photogenic temples in Cambodia.
